A credit card is required to reserve and confirm an appointment. iKhaya Day Spa adheres to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please call us at 778-516-8008 if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to show and any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50 percent of the cost of the scheduled service. Our packages over 5 hours are subject to a 72 hour cancellation policy and a 50% deposit at time of booking.

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and iKhaya Day Spa Gift Certificates.

Gratuities are at your discretion. Feel free to show appreciation to your therapist for outstanding services or treatments provided. They may be made at time of check-out, through your choice of payment method.

Arriving late may make it necessary to limit the time of your treatment so that the next guest is not delayed. If you arrive late and the appointment needs to be shortened, you still will be charged the full amount for the original appointment.

Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to get comfortable and enjoy a complimentary refreshment. You will be requested to fill out a guest consultation form on your first visit to iKhaya Day Spa.

Please note, for their safety and out of respect for our guests, children under 16 years of age are not permitted at iKhaya Day Spa; parent or guardian signature is required for consent forms for teen ages 16-18.

All guests are invited to enjoy complimentary use of our tranquility lounge.

We will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase accompanied with an iKhaya Day Spa receipt.

Give the gift of relaxation! We are pleased to offer personalized E-gift cards with defined value and traditional physical gift cards of any value for all of our services and products. For your convenience, gift cards can be ordered over the phone and mailed to you, as well as purchased directly from the spa reception desk or purchased online. Please note that all gift card purchases, prepayments and spa deposits are non-refundable.
