Founder & Licensed Medical Esthetician

Farzana founded iKhaya Day Spa in 2018 with a vision of creating a welcoming space where results-driven skincare meets genuine care. A Licensed Medical Esthetician with over 17 years of international experience, she holds a four-year degree in Somatology from South Africa and has worked in elite cruise ship spas around the world.

Known for her thoughtful, personalized approach, Farzana combines clinical expertise with a nurturing touch to deliver treatments that support healthy, radiant skin while empowering clients with the knowledge to care for it at home.

Outside the spa, she enjoys traveling with her family, spin classes, relaxing by Okanagan Lake, and baking with her daughters

Massage Practitioner

Julie is a practitioner specializing in therapeutic massage, Reiki, and reflexology, with a focus on helping clients release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies. Blending skilled hands-on techniques with an intuitive, calming approach, she tailors each session to support both physical and energetic well-being.

Known for her attentive listening and the peaceful space she creates, Julie views wellness as a holistic journey. She is committed to ongoing professional development and is currently expanding her reflexology practice to complement her bodywork and energy modalities.

Outside the spa, Julie has a deep love for animals, especially horses, and enjoys spending quality time with her daughters.

Front End Coordinator

As the first point of contact at iKhaya Day Spa, Saylor helps shape the client experience with her warm, approachable, and professional manner. Whether greeting guests in person or over the phone, she ensures everyone feels welcomed and at ease from the moment they arrive.

With a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, Saylor keeps the spa’s daily operations running smoothly—from scheduling to client communication. Her reliability and care make her an important part of the team.

Outside the spa, Saylor is an avid equestrian who enjoys barrel racing, horseback riding, and exploring local trails on hikes.

Spa Practitioner

With over 25 years of experience in the wellness industry, Lily brings a depth of knowledge and a calming presence to every treatment. Skilled across a wide range of spa services, she combines technical precision with a nurturing approach that helps clients fully relax and recharge.

Lily believes in supporting the body, mind, and spirit together. Her experience in multiple modalities allows her to provide treatments that promote both immediate relaxation and lasting well-being.

Outside the spa, Lily enjoys practicing yoga, meditation, and exploring new places through travel.

With over 30 years of experience as an esthetician, massage practitioner, and energy healer, Anita brings a deeply holistic approach to wellness. She believes true beauty begins with inner balance and works with clients to support the health of the skin, body, and spirit.

Combining decades of experience with a calm, restorative presence, Anita tailors each treatment to the individual, helping clients feel renewed, relaxed, and confident.

Outside the spa, Anita enjoys spending time in nature—camping, fishing, hiking, and soaking up the fresh Okanagan air.
